Administration
The Admin page manages the things that sit above a single mailing run: workspaces, users, and the shared county dataset.
Workspaces
Each workspace is an isolated customer environment — its own searches, batches, and export history. Create one with a slug and name, and use the status control to enable or disable its access. The county dataset itself is shared: every workspace searches the same filings.
Users
Add users and manage who can sign in. Passwords follow the standard policy (at least 12 characters, no special-character requirements, common passwords rejected — NIST/OWASP Standard), and the login form keeps your email filled in if a sign-in attempt fails.
Counties & data ingest
The county table shows each county's dataset and lets you run ingest commands against it — pulling fresh filings into the shared dataset. Kick off a command and watch its log, which auto-refreshes every few seconds; the page keeps polling so you can leave it open during a long pull.
Ingested data is what the Search page queries, so a mailing run typically starts here: refresh the county, then search the new filings.
