Searching filings
The Search page is where a mailing starts: narrow the shared court-filing dataset down to the people you want to reach, then hand the selection to a flyer batch.
Choosing a county
Pick a county at the top (or all to search across counties). Case-type and connection codes are county-specific, so their chips appear once a single county is selected.
Filters
- Family only — limits the case-type chips (and results) to family-law filings; on by default.
- Case types — toggle one or more type chips; hover a chip to see the underlying court code.
- Connections — the party's relationship to the case; toggle like case types.
- Name / City / ZIP / Court — free-text narrowing.
- Filed from / to — the filing-date window.
- Mailable only — only parties with a usable mailing address; on by default.
- Unexported only — hides parties already included in a previous flyer batch, so repeat runs don't re-mail the same people; on by default.
Click Search. Results are paged; use the offset controls to walk through large result sets.
Working with results
- Select rows individually or toggle all.
- Verify checks the selected parties' addresses and annotates each row with the outcome — do this before generating, and drop anything that fails.
- Generate flyers creates a batch from the selection and marks those parties as exported (they disappear from future "unexported only" searches). Pick the batch up on the Batches page.
