Flyer batches

A batch is one mailing run: the set of parties you selected on the Search page, frozen at generation time.

Downloading

The Batches page lists every batch in your workspace, newest first. Click Download .docx to get the print-ready document — one flyer per recipient, addressed and ready for a mail run.

Batches stay listed, so you can re-download a past run at any time (a reprint, a lost file, an audit of what went out and when).

Batches and the export history

Generating a batch marks its parties as exported. The Search page's "unexported only" filter (on by default) uses that history to keep future searches focused on people you haven't mailed yet — which is what makes weekly or monthly runs repeatable without double-mailing.
