EvoPlatform
EvoPlatform is the shared account system behind Evomedia.net's apps. One account, one workspace, and the same sign-in everywhere — while each app keeps its own access and its own subscription.
If you use an app like SWAG Estimates or DocketMail, these pages are for you: they cover creating your company's workspace, adding your team, and managing your subscription. You never need to visit EvoPlatform itself — everything happens inside the app you already use.
How it fits together
- Your workspace is your company. It holds your people, their roles, and your subscriptions.
- Your account is you: one email and password (or passkey) that signs you into every app your workspace is subscribed to.
- Each app is separate for access and billing. Subscribing to one app doesn't subscribe you to another, and a lapsed subscription in one never locks your team out of the others.
- Workspace admins manage members, roles, and billing from inside the app. The first person to sign up is automatically an admin.
